Please join us Saturday March the 7th for our "Day of Peace" Yogathon
at the Brilliant Cultural Centre, 1876 Brilliant Road, Castlegar B.C.
Our Mission
To come together peacefully and support those with MS in their daily life and yoga practice. We also want to contribute to the community by sharing this peace and love and practicing some of the many traditions of yoga in the Kootenay area.
